Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached. We provide a prepaid return label or reimburse standard postage. For size exchanges, contact us within seven (7) days. Care instructions

Cleaning

- Stuff shoes with paper towels (not newspaper) to maintain shape and absorb moisture
- Allow them to dry fully before wearing

Protection

- Once fully dry, consider applying a water-repellent spray suitable for canvas to help prevent future stains and moisture
