Shipping & returns

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping. Import duties and local taxes may apply. If your order does not meet expectations, you may return it within seven (7) days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached. We provide a prepaid return label or reimburse standard postage. For size exchanges, contact us within seven (7) days. Footwear exchanges beyond one full size may incur a made-to-order fee.

Care instructions

Cleaning

- Spot-clean the shoes using a damp cloth

Drying

- Air-dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat sources
- Stuff shoes with paper towels (not newspaper) to maintain shape and absorb moisture
- Allow them to dry fully before wearing

Protection

- Once fully dry, consider applying a water-repellent spray suitable for canvas to help prevent future stains and moisture
